Tour 2011 Live miterleben
Am 18.3. startet die "Projekthilfe Dritte Welt e.V."/Hattingen ihren 5.Hilfskonvoi von Hattingen ins Dorf Jahaly in Gambia/Westafrika. 7.000 Kilometer von Hattingen über Köln, Paris, Bordeaux, Bilbao, Madrid, Algeciras, Tanger (Marokko), Fés, Agadir, Laâyoune, Nouadhibou (Mauretanien), Nouakachott, St.Louis (Senegal), Barra (Gambia), Njaba Kunda und Soma bis nach Jahaly. Die Fahrt unterstützt die Projekte der "Projekthilfe Dritte Welt e.V." in Jahaly/Gambia: die Buschklinik "Jahaly Health Center", den Kindergarten mit Vorschule, die Gartenprojekte und jetzt auch den Bau einer neuen Modellklinik im Dorf Njaba Kunda. Vier der fünf geländegängigen Tour-Fahrzeuge werden in Gambia zugunsten der Projekte verkauft, das "Buschtaxi" wird in der Buschklinik als Krankenwagen eingesetzt. Alle 15 Fahrer machen ehrenamtlich mit und "spenden" dem Verein einen Teil ihres Jahresurlaubes. Alle tragen ihre Kosten selbst: Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Rückflug. Die Tour 2011 ist bereits der fünfte Hilfskonvoi von Hattingen nach Gambia nach 2009, 2005, 2001 und 1999.

On March 18, 2011 the international NGO „Procect Aid The Gambia“ starts it´s 5. humanitarian convoy 2011 from Hattingen/Germany to the village of Jahaly in The Gambia. 7.000 kilometres passing Cologne/ (Germany), Paris (France), Bordeaux, Bilbao (Spain), Madrid, Algeciras, Tanger (Morocco), Fés, Agadir, Laâyoune, Nouadhibou (Mauretania), Nouakachott, St.Louis (Senegal), Barra (The Gambia), Njaba Kunda and Soma. The tour supports the NGO´s projects in Jahaly: the Buschclinic “Jahaly Health Center, the kindergarten, the garden projects and our new project: the construction of a new model clinic in the village of Njaba Kunda. Four of the five convoy 4x4 cars we are going to sell in The Gambia in aid of our projects, the “Bushtaxi cab” will serve the clinic as an ambulance car. All 15 drivers are volunteers, donating part of their annual leave to be part of the crew. All are paying for accommodation, food, flight back on their own. Our humanitarian convoy 2011 is another trip like four trips before from Hattingen/Germany to The Gambia in 2009, 2005, 2001 and 1999.
